The PE department at Garston provides our students with many valuable learning experiences, providing them with opportunities  to express themselves freely. Alongside the usual and more traditional sports our students are given access to many other sports and activities.

Sports at Garston Manor:

Football, Basketball, Dodgeball, Hockey, Tag-Rugby, Multigym, Fitness, Boccia, Cricket, Softball, Volleyball, Trampoline, Ultimate Frisbee, Table Tennis, Golf, American Football, Gymnastics, Swimming, Capture the Flag, Indoor Curling.

We run a strong, competitive sports programme, competing against other schools in Hertfordshire in football, basketball, badminton, rounders, cricket, boccia, dodgeball, cross country and athletics.

All of our students take part in inter-house competitions against each other, including cross country, athletics, football and dodgeball.

At KS4 the focus for students is on Entry Level PE, a course for all students that is assessed throughout years 10 and 11. The students are examined in trampoline, badminton, football, hockey, fitness and basketball.
